Suzanne Miller, President
Suzanne Miller is the founder and president of Empire State Properties, a boutique Real Estate firm located in midtown Manhattan. Empire State Properties specializes in the sales, rentals, and management of Manhattan properties for domestic and international investors. As a pioneer in extended stay furnished properties, Suzanne has been featured in The NY Times, Dan’s Paper, Crains and other Manhattan real estate periodicals.
Our portfolio consists of more than 500 properties throughout New York City. Our rental clients include prominent New York companies in the fields of banking, consulting, publishing, and medical industry. Suzanne’s sales expertise has expanded to the Hamptons and surrounding areas.

Senada Fici, Sales Manager
Senada Fici believes she works in the world’s greatest business in the greatest city in the world. A native New Yorker, Senada comes to Empire State Properties with a strong track record of honoring business relationships with professionalism, commitment and personal care. She brings a sincere, honest and straightforward approach to helping her clients find the New York City condo, co-op or apartment of their dreams.

At the same time, Senada is fulfilling her own dream of working in real estate after a successful marketing career in the executive search, technology and hospitality industries. She takes pride in going the extra mile and says that, “Details make the difference!” She has been recognized for her insightful market research, her courtesy and respectful approach to clients, and her talent for building strong relationships.

Senada is a dean’s list graduate of St. John’s University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing. The mother of three children, she is an active volunteer in local schools. She understands that money spent on a home is the largest single expenditure that most people make in their lives, and she goes the distance to make sure her clients benefit from her personalized service, extensive knowledge of the market, keen negotiating skills, attention to detail and talent for making each transaction a positive and enjoyable experience.
